I. About Us
The School of Software at Nanchang University (SSNCU) was established in June 2002. In 2018, the School of Cyberspace Security, which was inaugurated under the affiliation of SSNCU and affiliated with the School of Science and Engineering I of Nanchang University, enrolls students in the first batch under the Computer Science II category. Located in the North District of Qingshanhu Campus, Nanchang University, SSNCU features a beautiful environment, complete facilities, and convenient transportation.
SSNCU currently offers master's programs in the first-level discipline of Cybersecurity, which is the first one in Jiangxi Province, and professional master's programs in Electronic Information , including Software Engineering, Network and Information Security. SSNCU offers bachelor's degree programs in Software Engineering and Cyberspace Security. Software Engineering, which is the national characteristic specialty, is the national-level first-class undergraduate major construction site, and a five-star undergraduate major in regular higher education institutions in Jiangxi province. Software Engineering has passed the Chinese Engineering Education Accreditation. Cybersecurity is a provincial-level first-class undergraduate major construction site in Jiangxi province.SSNCU has Jiangxi Provincial Key Laboratory of Data Security Technology, the Ministry-level Information Security Forensics Center, and Nanchang Key Laboratory of Information Technology Innovation and Application.
SSNCU owns a highly qualified and experienced teaching and research faculty, comprised of 40 full-time teachers and over 50 experts from both inside and outside the school.Approximately 71% of the teachers hold the rank of associate professor or professor, and about 55.3% have a doctorate degree.There are currently over 2000 undergraduates and graduates in the school.

Ⅲ. High-Level Talent Positions and Recruitment Requirements
(I) Distinguished Talents
1. Recruitment Requirements: to possess outstanding academic leadership, to have achieved internationally and domestically recognized groundbreaking results and prominent academic contributions in their respective fields; to have experiences in organizing and planning major scientific research programs and projects, and demonstrate exceptional overall planning capabilities in researching major strategic issues for economic and social development; to have the strategic scientific planning ability for discipline development and scientific research, and can lead the relevant discipline cluster to maintain or surpass the domestic leading and international advanced levels.
2. Corresponding Benefits: Specific benefits will be discussed on a one-to-one basis. Necessary working conditions, an academic team, and research assistants will be provided.
(II) Discipline Leaders
1. Recruitment Requirements: to possess strong academic organization capabilities, to have attained influential achievements and good academic accomplishments at the domestic leading or international advanced level in their respective disciplines; to have an active academic mindset and innovative visions for discipline development, and can lead the discipline to reach the domestic leading position and strive for domestic leading and international advanced levels in the frontier fields of the discipline.

(Ⅲ) Discipline Direction Leaders
1. Recruitment Requirements: to possess strong team organization capabilities, to have achieved important representative results in the direction of their respective disciplines (majors), and possess good academic competitiveness and great development potentials; to have the ability to formulate development plans for the discipline direction and innovative visions for discipline construction and academic research.

(IV) Excellent Discipline Talents
1. Recruitment Requirements: to possess strong academic capabilities and influential representative results in their respective disciplines; to have development potentials, innovative visions for discipline construction, and the potentials to support the discipline in maintaining or striving for the domestic advanced level. Generally, candidates should have postdoctoral research experience (2 years or more) in well-known universities or research institutes at home and abroad, have experiences in presiding over national-level scientific research projects, and possess the potential to compete for national-level young talent programs. New hires shall sign a 6-year probationary employment contract with the university, and a renewed contract shall be signed upon passing the assessment at the end of the probationary period.

3.Other Working and Living Conditions:
In addition to the aforementioned benefits, the university will provide a public rental apartment and make proper arrangements for the spouse's employment. If the spouse's employment cannot be arranged due to practical reasons, a one-time living subsidy will be disbursed.
High-quality educational resources from kindergarten to high school will be provided for the children; the Grade A tertiary hospital affiliated to Nanchang University will offer high-quality medical security services.
Ten New Policies for Recruiting Talents in Nanchang: A one-time living subsidy of 100,000 RMB will be granted to each doctoral graduate who pays social insurance in Nanchang for the first time.
IV. Recruitment Procedures
The recruitment will be conducted in accordance with the procedures of application, assessment, physical examination, investigation, public announcement and employment.
(I) Application

① Applicants shall compile a detailed personal resume, Recommendation Form for the Recruitment of Full-time High-level Talents of Nanchang University, relevant achievement materials and three recommendation letters into a single compressed package for uploading, with the size of each package not exceeding 5M.
② Submission Requirements: Please indicate the following information in both the email subject and the attachment: Graduation University, Full Name ,Academic Degree, Major, Intended Applied College and Specific Position (e.g., XX University + Dr. Wang XX (Postdoctoral) + Chinese Language and Literature + Applying for the Position of Excellent Disciplinary Talents at the School of Humanities).

(II) Assessment
One or more assessment methods will be adopted as required. Representative achievements will be submitted to peer experts for external review. Based on the external review results, the candidates will be selected for admission on a merit basis upon the university's approval. The time and venue of the assessment will be notified separately.
(Ⅲ) Physical Examination
1. Candidates for the physical examination will be determined
on a merit basis in a 1:1 ratio relative to the number of recruited positions according to the assessment results.
2. The physical examination will be conducted at the designated location, and the examination standards shall comply with Measures for the Physical Examination of Applicants for Teacher Qualification in Jiangxi Province (Revised) (Gan Jiao Gui Zi 〔2021〕 No.3) and the relevant provisions of the university. Applicants shall be in good physical and mental health.
(IV) Investigation
An investigation will be conducted on candidates who pass the physical examination, to fully understand their political quality, moral conduct, work ability, compliance with laws and regulations, integrity and self-discipline, academic and work performance, and physical and mental health.
(V) Public Announcement
Upon passing the assessment and physical examination and obtaining the university's approval, the basic information, applied position and other relevant details of the proposed appointed candidates will be publicly announced on the Nanchang University campus for five working days.
(VI) Employment
1. After the public announcement with no objections, the relevant onboarding procedures will be completed. A probationary assessment will be implemented in accordance with the relevant national provisions. Candidates who fail the assessment at the end of the probation period shall be dismissed in accordance with the relevant provisions.
2. New recruits admitted through open recruitment shall enjoy the benefits of staff in public institutions, be uniformly included in the managed formal staffing record system, and their remuneration shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions.
